- 1. position the abdominal support pad as low as possible on your belly and stick it to fix it
- 2. fit the support band to the buttocks
- 3. attach the edge of the support band to the abdominal support pad
- 4. wrap the elastic band around the upper part of the abdomen and attach to the support band
- 5. according to your own needs, use the adjustable shoulder strap and attach to the belly support band
